Michelle draws on over 18 years of experience across Business Change Delivery, Organisational Change, Business Operations, Governance, Technology Delivery, People Operations, HR, People Development, and Team and Culture Development, to help leaders navigate complexity, make better decisions, and lead with confidence - within the Private, Public, and Third Sector. With over 12 years of coaching leaders through change and complexity, and more than a decade of service within Church of England Governance at Parish, Deanery, Diocesan and National Level, she brings a unique combination of Leadership, Coaching and Governance expertise across a range of environments. She understands how different types of organisations function under pressure, not just in theory, but in practice. Michelle specialises in navigating the intersections of "pressure, politics, and responsibility", bringing calm and practical wisdom to leadership challenges where progress may have stalled.
